Job Responsibilities

1. Sales management position, responsible for the main goals and plans within its functional area;

2. Develop, participate in, or assist upper level implementation of relevant policies and systems;

3. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of department employees;

4. Responsible for organizing sales operations, including planning, organization, progress control, and review;

5. Assist the Sales Director in setting sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets, and reward plans;

6. Establish and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets;

7. Provide guidance and suggestions for product development from the perspectives of sales and customer demand.


Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design and automation related fields;

2. Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills;

3. Strong sense of responsibility and good psychological resilience, able to adapt to frequent business trips;

4. More than 2 years of work experience in this industry (fresh graduates need to have served as school/club cadres during their school years), and those with strong initiative are preferred;
