Ultrasonic level gauge is a commonly used level measuring instrument that uses ultrasonic technology to measure the height or level of liquids. It calculates the height or distance of the liquid level by sending ultrasonic pulses and receiving their reflected signals.
Ultrasonic level gauges are widely used in industrial process control, level monitoring and warehouse management. It can be used for level measurement of tanks, tanks, pipelines and other containers, as well as level control and monitoring in industries such as sewage treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing.
The ultrasonic level gauge is to install the ultrasonic transducer above the measured object. The ultrasonic transducer emits sound wave signals and simultaneously receives the sound wave signals reflected by the measured object. By measuring the time difference between transmission and reception, the measurement distance is calculated according to the propagation speed of sound waves in the air.
