    Ultrasonic waves are sound waves with a frequency higher than 20KHZ, which have good directionality and penetration, and are easy to obtain concentrated sound energy. And the liquid level detection instrument developed by combining its characteristics with modern microcomputer technology is called ultrasonic level gauge.

Working principle

An ultrasonic level differential meter is an instrument used to measure the difference between two liquid levels in a liquid container. It is based on ultrasonic technology, which measures the level difference by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals.

An ultrasonic level differential meter works similarly to an ultrasonic level gauge, but it has two sensors at the same time, each for measuring the level at two different positions.

The ultrasonic level gauge is to install the ultrasonic transducer above the measured object. The ultrasonic transducer emits sound wave signals and simultaneously receives the sound wave signals reflected by the measured object. By measuring the time difference between transmission and reception, the measurement distance is calculated according to the propagation speed of sound waves in the air.
