1. Structure:
The YK-LB digital target flowmeter mainly consists of a measuring tube (housing), a force element, an induction element (force sensor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor), a transition component (increasing or decreasing according to temperature and pressure), an accumulation display and output part. Its structure is shown in the following figure:

2. Working principle:
When the medium flows in the measuring tube, a force is generated between a pair of load-bearing elements due to its own kinetic energy and the pressure difference caused by the flow obstruction. The magnitude of the force is proportional to the square of the medium flow velocity, and its mathematical expression is as follows:

In the formula:
F - The force exerted on the load-bearing component
CD - Object Resistance Coefficient
ρ - Density of the medium under working conditions
U - average flow velocity of the medium in the measuring tube
A - Axial projection area of the force element on the measuring tube
1. High temperature and high pressure resistance: from -40 ℃ to 450 ℃, the pressure can reach 42Mpa;
2. Suitable for various calibers: Φ 15- Φ 1500;
3. Suitable for measuring liquids, gases, and vapors;
4. Low velocity media can be measured with a flow rate greater than 0.1m/s (Reynolds coefficient greater than 1000 is sufficient);
5. Can measure media with high viscosity and containing sediment;
6. Accurate measurement, high precision, up to 0.2% (special order);
7. The pressure loss is small, only about 1/2 △ P of the standard orifice plate, and the large diameter is significantly reduced;
8. The software has powerful functions and can be calibrated online or dry;
9. Dual row large LCD display, capable of displaying instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, over range and battery level display;
10. The measuring flow range can be changed by replacing the load-bearing components according to actual needs;
11. Easy and convenient installation and maintenance;
12. Multiple installation methods available, including clamp type, flange type, threaded type, online plug-in type, sanitary type, integrated or split type
