The ultrasonic cold and heat meter is an intelligent heat metering device, which realizes the measurement of cold and heat. The product has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, convenient installation, accurate measurement and stable operation. Comply with CJ128-2007 standard and JJG225-2001 standard verification regulations. It is used in heating facilities for heating metering and charging such as central heating, central air-conditioning and combined cooling and heating. The ultrasonic water meter is developed based on the ultrasonic measurement of the propagation velocity difference method. The ultrasonic signal is transmitted to the fluid through the sensor, and the ultrasonic signal is received after it is affected by the fluid flow and the detection result is used as a measuring instrument for flow measurement. The instrument integrates measurement, integration, and display. It adopts micro-power consumption technology to achieve accurate measurement with a minimum flow of 0.006m?/h. At the same time, the instrument has the characteristics of small size, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability. Ultrasonic flow measurement technology can realize multi-angle installation, the instrument measurement is not affected, and the pipeline pressure loss is minimized.

Principle

When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will cause a small change in the propagation time, and the change in the propagation time is proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. At zero flow, the time required for the two sensors to transmit and receive sound waves is exactly the same (the technology that can actually measure zero flow). When the liquid flows, the transmission time of the sound waves in the upstream direction is longer than the transmission time of the sound waves in the downstream direction.

Among them: θ is the angle between the sound beam and the liquid flow direction


M is the number of linear propagation times of the sound beam in the liquid


D is the inner diameter of the pipe


Tup is the propagation time of the sound beam in the positive direction


Tdown is the propagation time of the sound beam in the reverse direction ΔT=Tup --Tdown
